Award-winning journalist Amy Goodman, host of the daily, grassroots, global, radio/TV news hour Democracy Now!, is on a national speaking tour to mark DN!'s 10th anniversary and launch her second book with journalist David Goodman, WHERE:McIntyre Hall, 2405 East College Way, Mount Vernon (I-5 exit 227, east 1.9 mile)

She is also helping our community radio stations raise operating funds.

Join AMY GOODMAN, host of Democracy Now!. The event is a KSVR 91.7/KSER 90.7 benefit. The event will be followed by a book-signing with Amy.
Special appearances: Musicican Dana Lyons will perform songs for 20 minutes before Amy (he will start about 10:40am, and author Tom Robbins will introduce Amy at 11am.
